Ms Haleigh brings in 11 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, encompassing both teaching and directing roles. She has nurtured children across all age groups-- from infants to Pre-k and discovered a true calling in this career. As a mother of three wonderful children, she understands what it means to be entrusted with a family's most precious gifts. This perspective informs her daily work. Outside of er professional life, She cherish spending time with her family and friends and love to travel. She is thrilled to be part of the Goddard Family and look forward to contributing to our community for years to come.
Ms Kristin is an early childhood education professional with a degree in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University. With experience as a teacher, and camp counselor, and center director, she is passionate about creating nurturing environments for young children. Kristin lives in Ohio with her husband and two children, and enjoys baking, music, and time with family.
Miss Sana is our Executive Support Specialist. She has earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and completed her Child Development Associates (CDA) as well. She has been in the Early Childhood field for almost seven years. Ms. Sana started her career as a Pre-K Lead Teacher and also have three years of experience in administration. When she moved to Delaware with her family, she started working in Delaware City Schools. She enjoys working with children and is passionate about teaching them new skills. Her goal as a teacher is to help children reach their potential in their journey towards developmental milestones. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family.
Ms. Ashley has over 13 years of experience working with children and is currently pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. She is passionate about nurturing young minds and takes pride in helping children learn and grow. In her free time, she enjoys reading and cheering on her children at their sports events.
Ms. Christy has been in the Early Childhood Education field for the past 30 years and brings a wealth of experience and passion to our school. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Columbus State Community College. She finds joy in nurturing children and loves watching them grow and thrive. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and baking.
Ms. Jessica recently graduated from Ohio State University (OSU) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She began working in Early Childhood Education at a very young age, gaining valuable experience with children of all age groups. Ms. Jessica is passionate about creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where every child can learn and grow. In her spare time, she loves listening to music and exploring new places.
Ms. Joycelynn, also known as Ms. Joy within the classroom, brings a wealth of experience in early childhood education, with approximately four years dedicated to this field. After taking a year off, she is so happy to be back doing what she truly loves to do. Ms. Joy's expertise primarily lies in working with the younger age group, spanning from older infants to young toddlers. Her enthusiasm shines as she steps into the classroom to guide, teach, and connect with the children under her care. Witnessing their joyful smiles each day brings her immense satisfaction. Ms. Joy is eagerly looking forward to building connections with every child who enters her room. When she's not in the classroom, she cherishes quality time spent with her family at home.
Ms. Landry has been working in childcare for 7 years now, 5 of that was teaching in the infant and toddler rooms, and 2 years of being an Assistant Director. She has her CDA in infant/toddler as well. She has lived in the Lewis Center area for most of her life but currently resides near Polaris. Her favorite thing about working with children is creating bonds with them and their families, and the rewarding feeling of watching them grow and learn new things everyday. In her free time, she enjoys interior design and decorating her home! She is so excited to be a part of The Goddard School family and look forward to getting acquainted with everyone!
Ms. Roquesa has 20 years of experience in early childcare. Most of her experience has been with young and older infants. She has two young adult children, her son is 31, her daughter is 23 and her first grand baby is five. In her spare time, she likes to read, listen to all types of music and spends time with her family. Her favorite color is purple and her favorite restaurant is Olive Garden and Benihana‘s.
Ms. Sarah is a lead teacher for Pre-K; holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and had obtained her CDA. Ms. Sarah has worked in childcare for over 6 years, loves art and singing with children and is excited to care and help them grow as they learn and adventure into their future.
Ms. Shaylee has been working in child care since 2020 and has only grown more passionate about teaching. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. What she loves most about teaching is watching children thrive and flourish. Her favorite saying is, “If there is a will, then there is a way,”—and in our classroom, this will always be true! In her free time, Ms. Shaylee enjoys reading, spending time with her family and dogs, and coaching Little League softball.
Ms Shyly is a dedicated preschool teacher with a degree in Early Childhood Education from Ohio Wesleyan University and two years of hands-on experience nurturing young learners. Her goal as a teacher is to create a warm, engaging classroom where each child feels valued and inspired to explore, grow, and develop a lifelong love of learning. Outside of the classroom, Shyly enjoys spending time with her pets – a dog and a cat – cooking with her fiancé, and getting lost in a good book.
Ms. Stacie has been dedicated to childcare for 22 years, working with children from 6 weeks old to age 5. She holds an Infant and Toddler CDA and is currently pursuing an associate degree in early childcare. She finds great joy in helping children learn and grow, especially witnessing their excitement when they discover something new. In her free time, she enjoys reading, camping, exploring new and interesting places around Ohio, and spending quality time with her family.
Ms. Susie serves as our Kindergarten Enrichment teacher at The Goddard School of Delaware and is thrilled to be a part of our community. With over 6 1/2 years of teaching experience, she eagerly anticipates guiding your children in their learning journey. A proud mother of three grown children and grandmother to four, Ms. Susie possesses a rich background in culinary arts. Before transitioning to the realm of child care, she showcased her creativity as a pastry chef. Outside the classroom, she loves to bake, refurbish furniture, and tend to her garden.
Ms. Ellie brings in a deep passion for early childhood education, Ms. Ellie is dedicated to helping young learners feel capable, confident, and excited about their educational journey. She is committed to creating a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to be their authentic selves. Ms. Ellie believes in making learning meaningful, engaging, and—most importantly—fun! Her goal is to inspire both academic and personal growth in her students, fostering a love of learning that lasts a lifetime. Ms. Krithika, a cherished member of our infant team. She holds a Masters degree in Economics. Beyond being an educator, she's a devoted mom of two—a college graduate and a high schooler. When she's not teaching, Ms. Krithika loves experimenting in the kitchen, finding her center with yoga, and taking scenic walks with friends. Her flair for fashion design shines through her own sari boutique. Ms. Krithika eagerly anticipates bonding with our young ones and guiding them towards their developmental milestones. She embodies patience and firmly believes in the unique talents of every child.
Ms. Priya is an awesome addition to the Goddard Team. Ms. Priya holds a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design and brings creativity and passion to the classroom! Her goal as a teacher is to encourage children to explore new things, think in unique ways, and make learning fun. Teaching and being with children brings her so much happiness! In her free time, she enjoys dancing, fabric designing, and painting, and she loves spending quality time with her family.
Ms. Sharmila, blending culinary prowess with a BS in Computer Science, adroitly manages our kitchen while also navigating the technical orchestration of our state-of-the-art machinery, including Zono and Halo machines. Her multifaceted skills enhance both our culinary and technological operations, ensuring smooth, innovative, and efficient functionalities across the board.
